What the concept form collects

The form asks for your business name, name, work email, and whether you have a website or need a new one. Your website URL and note are optional. Praelo, operated by Odin Glerfoss in the Faroe Islands, uses these details to understand your business, review any website you share, prepare the initial concept, and reply about your enquiry.

Creative project enquiries

The creative brief form collects your name, work email, company, product URL, a short brief, an optional asset link and your confirmation that you can authorize the shared assets. Odin uses this to assess fit, check the material and reply about a possible project. Do not share passwords, payment details or customer data. Asset links are not published in the portfolio.

How the form is handled

When the site is deployed with Netlify Forms enabled, the form is processed and stored through Netlify. Odin can access the submission to respond to you. Your details are not automatically added to a marketing list.

Storage and project files

Enquiries are retained while we discuss a possible project and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless a legal record-keeping obligation applies or you ask for earlier removal. Client working folders are private and shared only with approved collaborators. Completed working files may be removed 90 days after delivery unless agreed otherwise. Hosting and workspace providers may process data internationally under their own data protection terms.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not install analytics or set marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request data to serve and protect the site.

Use the enquiry form to ask Odin about your details or request their removal. Put your request in the optional note. Please send only information needed for your enquiry.
